why does it do this?

OK so when i try to log on it says "no response from server please try a diffrent world" ive tried it on the client i just downloaded it and it stills says it and i want to play ur server so bad i love ur client its the best 1 ever and if i use my dad's laptop it works but my parents dont live together so i cant play on my dad'as laptop alot. so if anyone know's how i can play please reply to this message. if so

idk why but atm noone can play it logs them on few like 20 secs then dcs
